Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland

Hello ,

I have submitted my application for h1b transfer in Nov-2014. Received RFE in Feb -15 about client letter and employer -employee relationship. submitted all Require document but still haven't received response.

Raise three service request but still waiting for Response.

Is it advisable to upgrade to Premium processing ?

Do I have to submit all my document again for Premium Processing ?

what are my options ?

Please advice me ..

Your options are to wait it out or premium process. You will not have to re-submit everything if you premium process. In my experience, a long adjudication can mean a denial. However, you really need to be discussing this with your employer/employer's immigration attorney, since it is the Petitioner who is the involved party to the I-129 & who needs to sign the I-907 (as well as who should be the one making the Service requests).
