Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
My Visa Expiring on Aug14(maxout), I am planning to go India on Jun and coming back to US on Jul 6th which is 5 weeks and 4 days before my visa expires. will there be any problem while entering into US? i am planning to leave us before my visa expires(ie Aug 9th).
