Currently I am working on EAD, and have my employment based I-485 is pending also have valid Advance Parole. Can I travel abroad while my 485 is pending? And do they approve and issue GC my I-485 while I am out of the USA. (My PD is a month close to Current as of today)

Hi,

You can travel and enter on unexpired advance parole document.

If I-485 is approved prior to entry, you should disclose this fact at time of entry to the U.S. and you should still be able to enter. In worst-case scenario in this situation, you will be granted deferred inspection, meaning you can enter but will go to local USCIS as per appointment to provide evidence that your I-485 has been approved.
