Legal Question in Insurance Law in Maryland
My father has been dead since 2002; my efforts to find out if he had insurance, that I believed he held with the job he retired from ending with no results. Phone calls were not returned and letters were not answered. Now I have found the document that indicates he was insured through his former job; is it too late to legally do anything?

It may be late but I would like to discuss the details. I'll need to see you paper trail to determine whether your possible action is precluded by the statute of limitations.
