no fault no tickets issued with injuries
we were coming down the road our light was yellow and the car turning from the opposite side of the road in the turning lane made the turn my husband swrved to miss the casr but we connected anyway the driver turning said her arrow was on but our lightb was turning yellow there were injuries in my vehicle i was severally bruised up in the ches and the abdomin and another was sprained knees my question is there was no tickets issued to anyone and no faukt found can anyone sue for damages and injury or is there anyway to get the insurance company to get a new truck help me out thanks

If another driver does not yeild to traffic then there is fault. It appears, from your description, that the other driver did not yield to traffic. A ticket need not issue for fault to be shown.
Property damage can be claimed on your policy. PIP can also be claimed on your policy. Further recovery for injury would depend on resolution of the matter as shown above.
