Legal Question in Insurance Law in Maryland
Health insurance
Can my health insurance force me to sue the owner of my horse farm whose property I was injured on if I don't want to sue them? I signed a liability waiver but I do not believe they are valid in Maryland.

Re: Health insurance
You cannot be forced to sue anyone. The health insurer may "step into your shoes" and sue on behalf of their interest. Should the health insurer want to sue upon their interest you may be called as a witness. Contact an attorney for assistance.
