Legal Question in Insurance Law in Maryland
Hello,
I am writing to ask a question about an automobile accident that my mother was involved in. Two cars rear-ended her at a stoplight and wrecked the back of her 2-month old new car. Both the person at fault and my mother have the same insurance company.
The insurance company acknowledged the other party's fault and had my mom's new car repaired. However, there was frame damage and the parts that were put on don't match the paint color of the car and don't line up properly. Basically, her 2-month old car is now a frame-damaged, mis-matched pile of junk.
What can be done? Thank you.

She should contact the attorney she used to represent her in the accident. If she didn't have one, I will be more than happy to speak with her.
