Legal Question in Insurance Law in Maryland
I was (wrongfully) sued by an Insurance company for an accident in which I was not involved. I was not aware of the suit until after judgement was handed down in favor of the Insurance company. I have since entered a motion to vacate judgement. Can I counter sue for damages

What are your damages? Were you turned down for a loan or turned down for employment, for example? In order to sue for damages, you have to show you were damaged.
