Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maryland

Looking to find a non-disclosure form that would legally protect a business transaction overseas. Was wondering if the parties involved are in the U.S. and overseas, if there is any legal protection available with a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement. If you have one I could use I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. John Leocha

As a Franchise Attorney I can tell you the following about non-competes. A form will not work, especially here. Each non-compete must be tailored to the particular facts and circumstances. Even more so when you're dealing with international law considerations. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney for specific advice.
