Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maryland

Photos and videos

I want to know what kind of information MUST be used in WHAT kind of contract for me to hire people/models to perform for me in photoshoots and videos.

ie. I pay them $xxx.xx for x amount of photos/viedos, and I own the photos/videos.
