Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Maryland
I have a rare antique lithograph toy, which is printed on card stock paper and meant to be cut out and then assembled into the toy. Since this were never copyrighted and I now own an original that I plan on reproducing - can I copyright my digital graphic images and also the physical reproductions that I plan on making for resale so that someone else can't take my images or copies and make their own copies to sell them for their own personal gain?

Copyright law is very specialized. I would not recommend seeking this kind of advice on this type of legal forum. Consult a qualified Maryland IP attorney -- you can write off legal fees you pay as a business expense.
Best of luck.
