2-weeks Notice
Once you have given your employer 2 weeks notice of your quitting, can they legally fire you and deny you the pay you would have earned finishing out the two weeks remaining?

Yes, the business can fire you. You gave a courtesy to the company. The company did not return that courtesy. That says A LOT about the company and you. Be proud that you took the high road.
