It depends on HOW he is putting his hands on you. This is a loaded question -- no one will tell you that you can take a swing at him. If you think it's crossing the line, hire a lawyer and do something about it. The minute you resort to violence, that's when YOU go to jail. If the touching is of a sexual nature, consider filing a claim with the EEOC.
