Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
my boss repeatedly does not pay me on time...he always claims that i didnt get my time sheet to him on time, even though we work in the same room and i have told him my time sheet is easily accessable in the top drawer less than 3 feet from his deask..or he puts my check down in the warehouse that the labourers use to clock in and out, a place i NEVER have any reason to go...this time he didnt pay me even AFTER i sent him an email that reminded him to get my time sheet...this missed pay period comes after he blew up at me yelling and screaming and throwing things in the office over a mistake i made...is there anything i can do...i am his only female employee and am starting to feel this is harrassment since all the rest of the employees get paid but me

Yes, there are several things you can do. (1) You can go over your boss's head, if he has a boss. (2) You can confront your boss in person and in writing about his actions. (3) You can quit.
Best of luck.
