Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
My brother works in Maryland, who thinks he may be fired due to having low numbers (he is an outside salesman for building supplies), but he has not be approached on his performance at all. Can he be fired wihout any written documentation about his performance?

Unless he has an employment agreement, or the company has an employment policy, that says other, your brother is out of luck.
Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.********
