Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

My daycare provider put my daughter out and said this is ur two week notice at the begining of the day. i couldnt go to work or school becus of it. she didnt answer her fone and i began to find another daycare provider.now she wants her two week pay and she said she was just mad at the time. my daughter can come back whatshould i do?

Time to find a new day care provider. Sounds like your day care provider is putting your daughter at risk. I would not take a chance with leaving your daughter with her. If the day care provider did not do the work, she does not get paid for it. Period.
