Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

Hello im in a distressing situation where i feel like quiting my job due to discrimination and retailition. Management offered me a transfer but it may involve me taking a pay cut because of the shift diff. Because im aware that it may involve a pay cut should i take it? I never was promoted to a Lab tech 2 which the transfer only involves one promotion. I really don't know what to do?
