need find the right lawyer as a victim of workplace violence at the usps.usps knew my coworker was a problem employee with 2 bad incidents and did nothing and now i ended up in the hospital with broken elbow,strain rt wrist/shoulder and neckarea. want to sue the usps for my injuries.

Your best suit is against the person who assaulted you. Were they charged with a crime?
You will need to prove that UPS is negligent, the burden is on you. What jurisdiction did this occur in ?
Have the police been called, has the person who assaulted you been convicted of a crime?
