Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

I was fired in October 2009 and my first unemployment benefit year ended in October 2010. I opened up a new claim over the phone and I just received a letter for a phone interview in 2 days. What should I expect? I have been looking for a job since October 2009 without success. Will this phone interview be the same as my first when my employer was on the line? I'm getting stressed out as I don't know what to expect. Thanks much.

No one on this website would have any way of knowing. They almost always call for a phone interview -- it's customary. Whether your employer will be on the phone, I don't know.
