Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
Is it right for me to get fired for not being at work when I have a doctor's note that tells me not to work for 2 weeks because of a heart condition I have? When I only missed the day I was in the hospital and the next day and was going to go back to work the following day and not even take off the rest of the 2 weeks.
