Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
I was at my last job for 3 years before I was fired for something I didn't do. Two of my co-workers went to our boss an said that 2yrs ago I put eyedrops in another co-workers drink. There was no investigation, no proof that I did such a thing. Do I have a case against them??

The general answer concerning wrongful termination against your employer is no unless you have a contract that says otherwise or a government entity that has a due process requirement concerning termination.
However there may be a possible action against the two employees and maybe the employer for defamation. Against the two employees because they said something that was untrue that damaged you and for the employer only if they stated that was the reason for your termination.
