Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
I am trying to make an agreement with my previous employer to pay me back money owed with out having to pay any taxes on it and where I don't lose any employment rights not dealing with the current agreement. Please advise how I should word the payment agreement and what I should say to cover my self. I live in the state of Maryland.

Your question doesn't make sense. You can't contract with your former employer in a manner where you won't have to pay taxes. If it was that easy, everyone would do it. I STRONGLY recommend that you hire a Maryland lawyer to review any agreement PRIOR to signing it.
Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
