Can your spouse legally work under you in the state of maryland ? If no, Is it a federal or state law that allows or disallows this?

Hello. Your question is not clear. Do you mean can one spouse employ another in their own business or are you asking about supervising or hiring a spouse while working for someone else? Some companies have policies limiting the hiring of close family members but it is generally permissible to employ a spouse.
