Can you sue your boss/supervisor for disclosing your personal information i.e. applying for unemployment and what happened at the hearing?

Unemployment hearings are public hearings. So, no, your boss/supervisor cannot be successfully sued for somehow violating your privacy rights. Move on with your life and let it go.
