can u still sue the usps if i past statue of limitation.i was a assaulted at th usps and usps knew he was a problem employee.usps failed to call an ambulance and coworker found guilty of assault so that makes usps at fault.i am still in chronic pain and sue for loss wages and medical bills.have mr nelson an employment law respond to this questions.
