Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
Uncashed Paychecks
I have three paychecks that I never cashed from the year of 2003. Does my boss have any responsibility to honor them or rewrite them.

If you earned the money, then you are entitled to it. If the checks are no longer good, the employer has an obligation to re-issue them or pay you in some other way. Call the US DOL, wage and hour division if you need help.
Good luck.

Yes, yes and yes. All three checks are collectible if valid when drawn. If you suspect a problem contact me for debt collection. (410) 619-5918 Joe Holthaus
