Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
I am on unpaid Administrative leave due to having a religious exemption for the flu shot. I have an attorney to advocate for my religious exemption and am waiting to hear whether they accept my exemption or terminate me. I have worked there 19 years with excellent evaluations. I'm unable to access my 403b or apply for unemployment as they keep me hanging, nor am I able to make and EEOC complaint. I suspect they want me to resign. How long can they do this?

If you have an attorney, let him/her handle it. That's the best advice you will get from this web site.
Best of luck.
