Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
I work for a municipal golf corp.Our employee hand book says a 40 hour a week employee must work 40 hours.Lately the corp has started there own liberal leave policy of sending full time employees home without pay or they can use a vacation day, even if they wish to stay at work and work.My question is do we have any recourse or are we at there mercy?
