Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland
At my work place we have a schedule every week. Can I be forced to work outside of that schedule because the manager says that "clock-out times in the system are approximate"? Is there a limit to how long I have to work after im scheduled to clock out?

Probably not. If you don't like having to work after your scheduled hours, you have a simple solution --- you can quit.
