Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

client of lawyer is a landlord seaking to obtain several months back rent from tenant. after initial hearing, where judgement is that tenant must pay the two months owed rent. subsequent to the conclusion of the hearing the landlord heard their lawyer speaking to the tenant, and specifically disclosing that the landlord was not renewing the lease to the tenant regardless of outcome due to the landlord wanting to reoccupy the townhome themselves because of tehe proximety of the townhome to the landlord's wife's new job.

has the lawyer violated any client confidentiality in this instance?
