Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
Eviction
I am permitted to have my three dogs in my townhouse. It is all written in my lease. There was an incident where someone falsely accused my dog of biting them, to try to get rid of my dogs because they are scared of them. It was proven that my dogs never bit anyone. Can they still make me get rid of them

Re: Eviction
If your dogs are scaring or otherwise creating a nuisance to other people, your landlord may have legal grounds for asking you to get rid of them, whether under the terms of your lease or pursuant to other applicable law.
