girlfriend won't leave
girlfriend living in my house for past 8 months,not paying any rent or utilities.name not on anything.does recieve her mail there.relationship gone bad.she won't move out when asked.how do I evict her?

The girlfriend is a social guest or invitee. Tell her that you are revoking her privilege i.e., to get out. If she doesn't leave, tell her she is trespassing and call the sheriff and have her removed. If she causes any damages, file a lawsuit against her.
