I am currently renting a one-bedroom apt and have met the income requirements to rent, now 6 monts into the lease the landloard wants me to pay Market Value. or vacate. What legal rights do I have and where can I go for assistance regarding this? What paperwork do I need to possess? No problems with rent payments etc. Thanks

If you have a written contract and have comlied with its terms, you should be on sound ground until the end of the contract. The landlord would have to start court proceedings in order to evict. Does not sound as if he has grounds - from the limited info you provided.
