Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
Can IRS summon the landlord, for information regarding my contract with my tenant because my tenant has irs problems? This agent wants copies of rent checks, lease agreements and other things because my tenant will not pay her any attention. Please advise. Thanks.

Have you been served with formal documents by the IRS? If so, I would want to see those document before I could comment. I recommend consulting a Maryland attorney, who can review the summons/subpoena and advise you of your rights.
