can a landlord ask for an Absolute Eviction if i'm not 2 months behind on rent and have struggled for 6 months with payments, but nonetheless made my payments?

In Maryland the phrase "absolute eviction" is not really used. If you have had three judgments fir possession entered against you on the last year, then the landlord can ask for judgment "without right of redemption". The number if months behind us immaterial. What matters is the number of prior judgments in the past year.
