Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
I am a landlord in the State of Maryland, I have a tenant who allowed two pets
to visit when the lease clearly stated no pets. I wrote her an email about this
matter and photos of the two dogs in question. Now I am told I could be
sued for sending this tenant an email. Is this true or is the landlord suppose
to act like they didn't know about the pets (both of them were posted on that
individual's facebook page?}

Sued for what? Generally a landlord has the legal right to contact a tenant about issues with the property, including lease violations.
