to be legal dokument, the comercial lease agreement for 10 years has to be recorded in court in Baltimore County , Maryland or not?

If a lease term is for more than seven years it should be recorded among the county Land Records. To determine if a particular lease is enforceable you are encouraged to have a licensed attorney review it.
