Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
i received a notice from my landlord stating that among all apartment,mine was targeted for bed bugs ,and that they needed to access the apartment to treat it which i refuse,for i never complained of anything.what should i do i really need help

What's the problem? Or better yet, what are you hiding in your apartment? Your landlord has a reasonable right to enter your apartment upon notice to treat for pests, like bed bugs.
