Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
We have a rental property. The one family just recently purchased a dog. The only concern we have as far as the dog is concerned, is whether or not we are responsible, as property owners, if someone should be bit by the dog.

Is the dog under your control? You can always put a provision in your lease that no dogs are allowed. Regards,
