Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
Hi. I reside in luxury apartments. I have a neighbor who reside in the building next to me and his snoring is literally rumbling my wall. I went to my rental office and they said the Guy have a medical condition. I pay my rent just like he do. I cannot sleep at night because his snoring come through the wall. Is there anything I can do because I am loosing sleep and he is sleeping fine.

If the building next to yours is owned by the same apartment company, there may be two things that can be done:
(1) Your rental office can look at his lease and see whether there is any provision in it that requires "quiet hours" between certain hours (usually sleeping hours). If he is violating that, they have the right to evict him for breaching his lease.
(2) If your rental office will not take action, there's a potential argument that can be made that you are being "constructively evicted" from your apartment because of the noise, which the landlord refuses to do anything about. This would require suing your landlord and would be an uphill battle.
Consult a local Maryland landlord/tenant attorney. The lawyer will tell you the cost of escalating the matter -- the lawyer sending one or more letters to the landlord and then filing a lawsuit if necessary -- and your chances of success.
Best of luck.*****The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.******
