Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

I signed a lease with a commerical landlord. They sent me a letter stating that the id my husband provided was not good enough( Veterans ID). They said if he can not provide a State id then we have to move. He does not have one. They accepted it ( id) at the lease signing. What can we do?

Your husband can go to his local DMV and obtain a State picture ID. If he does not drive, he can obtain a non-driver State ID. This should be a simple situation to resolve with your landlord. Best of luck. ******The above does not establish an attorney-client relationship and is intended solely for informational purposes.******
