Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland

Could I tenant be removed from the property right away if tenant commits a serious act endangering the property (such as threatening other tenant in the property)? What would the landlord do?

If the tenant commits a serious act endangering the property, I would strongly recommend that you call the police and have him arrested. This will have the effect of removing him from the property immediately.

Otherwise, the owner of the property will need to follow the proper legal steps to evict the tenant, which does not take a lot of time Maryland. I would consider hiring a Maryland real estate lawyer to guide you through this process.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
