Tobacco shop moved in next door to clothing store. Smoke is affecting business. Landlord won't terminate lease. Any way to terminate lease early (constructive eviction)?

An attorney would need to review your lease to see what your options are. Constructive eviction is probably not the best cause of action. If I were in your shoes, I would consult a Maryland litigator about a potential breach of contract action. Don't back down from your landlord -- hire an attorney.
