Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Maryland
Yesterday, I just signed a lease to rent a single family home and will be given possession on Nov.11th; what can I do to rescind this lease and get the landlord to sign a release and refund the monies I gave him?

Check your lease. Ask the landlord if he will agree to that.
