Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Maryland

I have reason to believe that my supervisors at work used their authority to get rid of me.

I had been employed at PNC bank for 2 years, and I believe that a complaint I made about my incentive pay prompted my supervisors to eliminate me from my job. I was aBranch manager at PNC bank who was then transferred to a new location. I started at the new location on 08/15/2010 which was half way through the quarter. My supervisor told me that I would receive 1/2 of the incentive pay from both locations since I managed two branches. I received my pay and realized that the calculation was wrong. I spoke to my supervisor and he insisted that it was accurate. I then called him a week later and showed him my calculations. My supervisor reluctantly confirmed that I was right and they gave me the additional money. A week after that in my absence, the loss prevention agent who had previously completed an audit, came to my branch in my absence and claimed 250 dollars went missing from my vault. This same agent was heard by several people on the phone that money is missing and that she's going to take matters to corporate. I'm very suspicious about my termination. We've had several people who've had money missing, and they were giving warnings. To be precise I know of 3 people who were given written warning. I've never been short of money nor written up for performance. I truely believe that i'm being taken advantage of.
