Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Maryland

I bit into a biscuit and found some hard object in my mouth can I sue the bakery were I bought the biscuits?

You can, but unless you were injured or got sick because of the foreign object you wouldn't have sufficient damages to really justify a suit. I suggest you consult with a lawyer who handles personal injury (not legal malpractice) cases who will only charge you if they obtain a settlement from the bakery.
