Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Maryland

Who do I sue?

I want to file a small claims case against an Imaging center that missed a fracture of my infant son's arm. The Center has some relationship with the local hospital, yet I believe they are a seperate business. I have been trying to figure out who to address my correspondance to for days - I give up! Help!

If the imaging center is a corporation or a limited liability company (LLC), you can go to the Department of Assessments and Taxation website and look them up. You'll find out their legal name and the name and address of the resident agent, who is the person you serve your small claims complaint on.
