Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Maryland

i went the hospital with chest pains and shortness of breath. instead of sending to the chest pain unit they left me in the er for three hours before i saw the doctor. when she came in she said i have good news for you, you are fine. i tried to explain to her how i was feeling. tightness in my chest and pain in my jaw. she said that she would check my blood work. when she left the room the pain hit me so hard ,i fell back on the bed and grabbed my neck. my freind screamed for help. they came in and gave me some nitro. later they sent to the cath lab, the next thing i knew the were sending me another hospital where a had three stents put in. do i have a case against the first hospital. i could have died.!
