Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Maryland

A malpractice case.

You have the general three year statute of limitation based upon when you discovered the injury and five years from when the injury was committed upon you. You state that you have already discovered the malpractice against you. Before getting to court, you will need to exhaust other remedy to include arbitration.
