Pedicle Srew Failure

I am a metallurgist. I looked at a

pedicle screw failure, wrote report,

etc. pro bono to help a person get

legal help. Still he has not had

much luck in getting legal council.

I have handled several pedicle screw cases. These can either be products liability or medical malpractice cases, depending on the circumstances. If this case involves a defective device, it is likely a products liablity case against the manufacturer. If this case involves improper screw placement or some other physician error, then it is a medical malpractice case against the doctor. I would be happy to review the records and advise whether this person has a case or not.
